Glass Bridge at kanhaa National Forest

FLAT LAMINATED GLASS FLOOR BRIDGE CONNECTING TWO LIGHT TOWERS AT A HEIGHT OF 1200 FT

One of the most challenging projects conceived by Marvel glass was the structure floated by Nehru Foundation, a division of National Institute of Design, requiring to build a glass floor bridge connecting 2 light towers, above a valley, at a height of 1200 ft in the Kanha National Forest for general use. There were a lot of complexities involved in the project looking at the height of the installation and added that the bridge baluster panels were also to be in glass, in order to optimize transparency.

The entire job of design, manufacture, and installation of multi-layered safety laminated glass panels for the given bridge was executed by Marvel Glass.

The successful execution of the project commemorates the high levels of job commitment from Marvel team, regardless the challenges and risks involved, given that standing on the bridge’s metal rib at a height of 1500 FT above the ground and installing the Safety Glass for flooring indeed reflects the credibility of Marvel Glass.
